ABC Fitness provides hands on training as well as motivational workouts that are to get you going on your way to your choice goals in life. We offer cardio as well as lite weight workouts for the novice to the Sr member. Our workout plans are pliable to different people and in different variations. We also offer BAR-O-ROBICS, that burns up to 400 calories and as much as 1200 calories, depending on your intensity, weight and age.
