If you have concerns about a loved one, friend or neighbor you can make an "completely confidential & anonymous referral" through our site. Click on the CONFIDENTIAL REFERRAL tab and provide us the address or an email address of the person/s of concern. We will send out a postcard or an email link to our site. Staff will use the information about the person of concern to deliver the postcard and/or our web address.
